Shipping Policy

We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the week are processed within 1–2 business days, as long as there are no payment issues. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

We ship within Canada, the USA, and internationally (excluding PO Boxes, military, and restricted areas). Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Standard delivery times apply. Once Canada Post confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please contact your local post office for assistance. Be sure to double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.
