We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the week are processed within 1–2 business days, as long as there are no payment issues. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

We ship within Canada, the USA, and internationally (excluding PO Boxes, military, and restricted areas). Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which must be prepaid at checkout. All US orders are now subject to these charges regardless of order value. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Standard delivery times apply. Once Canada Post confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please contact your local post office for assistance. Be sure to double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.

Please note that real mink lashes cannot be shipped to certain countries due to import restrictions, including Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and parts of the European Union. Orders containing real mink lashes from these regions may be cancelled, delayed, or held by customs.

For a drama-free slay, check out our faux mink options instead! 💕

Once your order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible. If you notice a mistake before processing, contact us ASAP, and we’ll help with cancellations.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

If there is an error on our part or your product arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement. Just email a photo of the damaged item to glamoureyesbychar@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
