We ship out orders from Monday - Friday, not including holidays. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed between Monday - Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours providing there are no issues with payment. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Products that are being shipped are subject to standard delivery times. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for lost packages after Canada Post has confirmed delivery. We advise that you to contact your local postal service for any lost or stolen packages. Please be sure that you are entering the correct shipping address. We advise that you verify that ALL information is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs if your package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped.
We ship domestically and internationally. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. Shipping rates are based on product weight and your location. Please note that we are not held responsible for any custom fees that you may incur.

We do not offer cancellations once your order has been placed. There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or RETURNS due to the nature of items and for sanitary purposes. Please ensure that you review your order before submitting it.If there is an error with your order on our part, we will gladly ensure that it is rectified. If the product arrives damaged or broken, we will certainly provide you with a replacement based on proof of damages.
