We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the week are processed within 1–2 business days, as long as there are no payment issues. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

We ship within Canada, the USA, and internationally (excluding PO Boxes, military, and restricted areas). Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Standard delivery times apply. Once Canada Post confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please contact your local post office for assistance. Be sure to double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.

Once your order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible. If you notice a mistake before processing, contact us ASAP, and we’ll help with cancellations.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

If there is an error on our part or your product arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement. Just email a photo of the damaged item to glamoureyesbychar@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

At GlamourEyesByChar, we offer high-quality cosmetic-grade glitters, but safety is our top priority. While most of our products are skin-safe, please keep in mind the following:

• Glow-in-the-dark glitters and other specialty glitters are NOT intended for direct skin contact. These are best for nails or for use in glitter slime. Please use with caution.
• Shaped glitters (such as flakes, stars, hearts, and similar shapes) are best for nails or for use in glitter slime.
• We recommend NOT using glitter on children or around the eye area, as some particles may cause irritation. If using glitter near the eyes, exercise extreme care, and avoid getting it into the eyes. If glitter gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin before using any glitter. If you experience any irritation or an allergic reaction, stop using immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
